Today an update of my british Infantry. I´ve got 25 Figures at this stage of paintwork but they won´t fit in the photo. The Minis still need a little drybrushing, painting a few last details and matt varnish to finish them.

Panzer IV, Armourfast, W.I.P.

After a busy Week in Berlin I was able to go on with this Panzer IV. After primecoating with Tamiya dark sand I painted it with Vallejo "Middlestone". Then the tracks and wheels were painted. Last part so far is the camo pattern. As you can see in the last picture, I want do it like the painting of the Panther.
The tracks will get a load of "mud" because the details are "horrible". But you know that if you ever bought an Armourfast - Kit ;-)

I know that the camo isn`t historically correct, but nevertheless I like it....

After a crahsdown of my computer harddisk and the purchase of a new computer last week I was able to (nearly) finish the first figure of the year. A british Infantrist by Ceasar. It will get a light drybrush and a layer of matt varnish.

By the way: I´m very happy that I had an external harddisk with copies of my pictures....

One of my good resulutions for 2012 was not to buy new stuff because my cellar is full off unbuild and unpainted kits, figures, etc.
But last week I was in a shopping mall and my sons were looking for new toys. I found this old Revell kit and the price catched my attention. 7,99 € for the kit including paint, glue and brush. I thought it would be a nice "father & sons" thing and went to the till. Surprisingly there was a special sale so I paid only 4,99 € for this stuff!

So long my resolutions ;-)

A little update. I think that 3/4 of the work is done.I painted parts of the webbing, most of the weapons and equipment. I hope to finish the painting until weekend. Then the usual washing and drybrushing will follow.

I know that you know that I know that this Crew doesn`t fit to the Gun ;-)

But nevertheless I put them togehther, because I´ve got no british gun crew at the moment and I finished this Gun yesterday.And a picture without Crew is so empty. I also reworked the PaK Crew and would call them "finished", too.

Plane crashed near my village...

Yesterday an accident happend in my village. Only 400 metres from my house a plane crshed into the ground and exploded. The pilot was killed because the Piper expolded and burned down. I´ve never seen something like this and I hope that I will never see it again. I live near to the oldest airport in Germany (called Hangelar and was open about 100 years ago.) and the pilot tried to reach it. But he crashed into a tree on a field. My son likes to play soccer on this field but he was at home. God bless! Fortunately the plane missed the houses and there weren`t no more casualties.
Firefighters were on the scene immediately, also the Police. About 20 fire engines Came to the scene. Because of roumors that a co-pilot was missing, a police helicopter and a squad with tracker dogs were also called to the field. But it was a fake message, so the pilot was the only victim.
A horrible experience!

Here you can see, it was damn narrow to our stret.

At the evening the police protected the wreck.

Inspired by a tutorial by Wiking (Wiking Paintworks) in the Behind-Omaha Forum I tried to paint these figures with a "Splintertarnung". My problem was I needed a very fine brush wich I hadn`t at home. But I tried it nevertheless. The result is o.k. for me, but the "Rain-Stripes" are too big. That was the best I could do. Next time I will try a toothpick for finer lines.

Armourfast, Sherman M4 A3, 75mm, 1:72

I nearly finished this Sherman. Yesterday I painted the road wheels, the tracks and highlighted the edges. I think it will become a last layer of matt varnish and I decided to put dirt/mud on these horrible tracks. But nevertheless it´s ready for action. The little groeund-plate was started some time ago. I used the bristles of a brush to start a corn field and I have to go on here. Then some grass flocks will follow and a finish of the painting. The good thing is that winter is coming, my favorite time for our hobby ;-)

After weeks of missing my favorite hobby I managed to go on with these figures. They´re nearly finished. A drop of ogryn flesh is missing on one figure and because they´re to glossy they need a layer of matt varnish. I also finished two U.S. Infantrymen. And I hope to complete the painting of a Sherman tonight.

It feels good to be back in buisness ;-)

Last weekend I was in Mainz at "Inspiration Modellbau". A nice event with a lot of nice Modells, a lot of possibilities to spend money for new kits and a small part with wargaming. Mojo from the B.O. Forum built a gameboard so we were abele to present the "Behind Omaha" Game to the audience. I was there on Sunday, met some of the B.O Forum-Members for the first time, was able to play a short match (I lost, as usual), made about 100 Pictures of beautiful modells and figures and spend a lot of money. This week I will show you a few pictures of the event. I want to start with the B.O. Game.

Russian Infantry (Winter)

O.k. I cll this one "finished". I highlighted the edges, drybrushed it with light grey and covered it with matt varnish. I think i will drybrush the tracks and perhabs I will add some mud. But nevertheless I call it finished ;-)

Another fast assembly kit I´m working on. I made a stupid mistake with this one. I applicated the decals and forgot to cover them with glossy colour ( I´m getting old :-(. This time I used a wash with diluted oil colours and the thinner destroyed the decal on the right and damaged the one of the left turret side. Unfortunately I had only one in my spare box... Next steps will be a highlight of the edges, painting the tracks and a second wash. The figures are from SHQ, I thin they fit in well.

Finally my LCVP is finished. I painted it, wasn`t satisfied, painted it again, I wasn´t satisfied and painted again. I´m still not satisfied with the results but enough is enough! Pictures with soldiers will follow soon. I have to paint the bases tonight...

Today the promised Sherman. Still W.I.P. I painted it with U.S. Dark Green from Vallejo. After using "Glänzer" I applicated the decals. One on the front will follow, but I´m not sure yet if I need some filler first. Then I washed it with dilluted oil colours (burnt umbra) & devlon mud from GW. The tracks, the MG and some roadwheels must still be painted. Stay tuned...

"Fast assembly month"...T 34, Panzer IV G, update

Today an update of my Fast assmebly kits. I started painting the Panzer IV and the Sherman (Pictures of this one will follow).The Panzer IV was primecoated with Tamiya Dark yellow and then I brushed it with Vallejo "Middlestone". Still a lot to do here.
I also applicated the decals on the T 34. Before I´ve done that I coated it with "Glänzer", a kind of cleaning agent for the floor. So I prevent the "silvering" of the decals. The tracks aren`t finished at the T 34 and after painting them a wash with dilluted oil colours (burnt umbra) will follow. I keep you informed about the progress ;-)

I went on with painting the Zvezda T34. The basics are finished, now the decals will follow and then the details. Al from 20th century wargames asked for a comparison. Here it is. Unfortunately I´ve only got this old Matchbox-Kit for this purpose. But I promised it....;-)

Today just a little update. I primecoated the T 34 with black, painted it with Vallejo "German Luftwaffe Green" and started to paint the tracks. I used "Mudbrown" because I want to have dirty tracks.

Hello my friends out there! Seems that my wrist is o.k. now and I´m able to go on at the "Kit Building Front".For a start I built this "Snap-Kit" from Zvezda. I was surprised that no glue was needed. Especially the tracks, consisting of 4 parts each side can be built without glue. But you have to follow strictly the plan. I made the mistake to snap some wheels togehter in the wrong order. When assembling the tracks I recognized, that the wheels in front of the tank must be assembled in another way and then they broke when I tried to strip them down. My fault!

It is a very nice kit, indeed. Still got the Tiger in my stock. Perhabs that one will follow next week?

As promised today some pictures of the Panzer IV G from ARmourfast. Please look at the pictures and make your own decision if it`s worth a buy. I think it has some pro`s and con`s. The detals are not as good as expected but it`s nice to get the chance to build it with open hatch.

Back from Holiday!!! After a short trip to the bavarian forrest I´m back at home. Nice trip, but the weather was not as good as i hoped. As always I took a few kits with me, but unfortunately I was pricked in my right wrist by a wasp at day three and my Hand was swollen for over a week. So after two fast assembly kits my modelling ambitions were over :-(

The "Pegasus-Project", U.S. Rangers, 1:72

As promised I started these U.S. Rangers from Pegasus. A really beautiful set with poses I´ve never seen befor. O.k. most of them are for dioramas, not for wargaming, but nevertheless nice!. Istarted these wounded/dead soldiers and medics. As you can see, some assembeling is required and some parts have to be painted befor gluing. Still a lot to do but you´ve got a first impression.

On weekend I finished my first tree. It was a first try and I think I know what went wrong. I will try again and I hope the result will be better. I remeber how lucky Paul (Plasticwarrior) was when he got his hands on an old Matchbox Set. I ´m as lucky as he was because I got my hands on two old hardplastic sets from Revell/Esci. The D.A.K. Figures were top on my "wish list".

And the best... I got two of them :-)

Terrain & Tree, attempts...

You know how it is, you went to the cellar, searching something and than you found a box with forgotten items. Yesterday I found this little landscape and a tree I started one or two years ago? I don`t know. But I think they are worth to go on.

The terrain was made of Styropor, covered with woodfiller. I tried to make a corn field just befor harvesting by using the bristles of a brush. I think because this was a lot of stupid work I stopped and forgot it ;-)

The "Tree" was made of a small branch. Then I covered it with cotton wool (?) I don´t know the right translation but it was no cotton wool but something I normally use in my aquarium filter. It is a kind of synthetical wool. After spraying it green I covered it with diluted woodglue and scattered some flocks on it. Because the base was so ugly I stopped it that time.

I think I give them a second try....

I just reworked these two Minis I painted 3 years befor. After making the pictures "Hamlet" springs in my mind...

The last two picture show the figur befor inking it. Unfortunately I have no picture of the second one for a "before and after" comparison.

While Painting the britsih infantry I used the time when the colour is drying to go on with my "Imps" for Warhammer. Not finished, of course, but a nice change...

Warhammer 40 k, New Stuff

I got a big parcel full of WH 40 k Stuff. About 80 figures, cannons, a Leman Russ and a Transporter. Here you can see the first "bag" I opened. There are two more. All is "used" some are prime painted and the Tanks are build but not painted. Mostly Imps and some Catachans. A lot of work....

But first I have to finish some projects. Still to come about 70 WK 2 Minis and another Landing Ship...

Cadian HQ, Games Workshop, update

After working 14 day without a break I was too tired to build or paint. But yesterday I continued my work on these Figures. I was looking for a colour mix and tested a lot. As I prefer 1:72 WW 2 as topic, I wanted to give them a touch of that period. At last I decides that I use a mix of "Britsh uniform", "Fieldblue" and "German Fieldgrey". Now the "real" paintjob will be done ;-)

Because I was "offline" the last days I really don´t know about the blogger-problems. I´m not able to give comments. Is this problem new? Have you got the same problems? I´m sorry that I was not able to comment your nice work on your blogs!

Today only one new entry: A Figure from Italeris ATG-Set. The rest will follow later, but they get a Camo-Scheme and that needs more time to realize ;-)I`m sorry for the qualitie but I had difficulties with the light when I made these pictures. Yesterday I continued my work on the about 30 Germans. But after painting 30 Bread Bags, Canteens, Gas Mask shelters and so on I get bored. So I continued my paintwork on these two little kits from Zvezda. Still W.I.P. but I can see the end. I´m not satisfied with the windows of the Opel. I used a dark colour and then I took a coat of glossy varnish. It doesn`t work that way I thought it should. I would be grateful for every suggestion to paint those "windows"!

Painting: How it started.....my first knights!

Have I ever mentioned that I started my "Minifigures-Painting career" about 3 years ago because I wanted to paint some knights for my older son? As a child I´d got hundreds of small soldiers but never painted them. I built loads of planes and battleships at that time and painted them, but never the minis. But when my son started to play with knights I started to build him a castle and purchased some knights. On weekend we cleaned up our cellar and I found these figures. I glued them on this stick for the pictures. As you can see, I had no ideas of "washing" or drybrushing three years ago. Some were never finished as well and some had heavy fights in the sandbox ;-). Perhabs I will give them a second try, just because the next son started playing with these figures...

I think I have the "unfinished project disease" well known as "I don`t know wich one I will finish so I start a new one - illness". When I take a look on my workbench I get the feeling that I`ve got started to much and in the last weeks my motivation to go on was very low. By the way I am short with time because the job takes it`s toll. And then the "pollen" gave me the rest. Because I needed a little progress I took this figure wich was half painted and finished it yesterday. A kind of sense of achievment.

When finished it it was a small step to go on with another custom service, about 20 Germans from different manufacturers a n d the LCVP from Pegasus. Pictures will follow later. I think I´m back in the saddle, but it will not lead into one post every day.

But nevertheless I want to show you the progress with my LCVP. After prime coating and spraying in grey I started to wash and drybrush it. I want to give it a "old" and used touch. I´m working it out and there will be al lot of "Trial and Error" Fortunately I´ve got three of this LCVP`s so I can try again.

As I´m an allergy sufferer the spring brings some inconviences because of the allergic reactions. This year it is very hard because of the long winter and the high temperatures in April/Maí. All trees seem to shoot their pollen at the same time...
But what the matter with the modelmaker in me? I forgot the high concentration of pollen when I prime coated the kits I shown you last week. I spryed them in my garden and guess what...? They are coated with pollen. Gives a nice, rough structure.....The kits are a mess. I will show you the pictures in the next days. I don´t know how to remove it, the only way seems to grind all the colour of with sand paper. Shame on me, with a little bit of using my brain I would have seen it coming.

But to another point. I would like to thank for the suggestions for this stylish blogger awards. I will answer all this later, but I´m very busy in the moment with my work. That´s why my Blog doesnt´t get his daily update and I fear this will gon on for the rest of the month. Please pardon my abscence, but buisness is buisness.....

As mentioned yesterday I found a Toy Store in a small town nearby my holiday place with a small range of Games Workshop Products. I couldn`t resist to buy this Command Unit for my imperial troops. Because I had only my "basic holiday unit" with me, consisting of a small box with plastic glue, a sharp knife, a cutter and some sand paper, I only build them. The painting will follow. Beside these figures I started two more kits, the Pictures will follow the next days.

Back in town...
Greetings, my friends. After a few days of silence I want to show you a new Project I started this one during my one week holiday at the baltic sea. The Sd.Kfz. 251/9 with the short barrel gun. Still W.I.P. but a great kit from Revell. O.K. the tracks went on my nerves, but only because I hadn`t the patience for these single part track-segmnents. All fits good and I think this one will reinforce my troops soon.
In a small toy shop I surprisingly found some WH 40 K Stuff and bought a Cadian Command Troop. But this will followe tomorrow.

German Forces for "Behind Omaha"

My "Behin Omaha" Forces needed reinforcments. I´ve shown you the Medics last week and here you find the rest of them. A "Fire Team", two Officers, two Panzerfaust and three Flamethrower. They will add my existing 4 Platoons when needed. The last part will be more MG`s, but they have to wait a few days, because I´m busy with work in the moment. These are again figures I painted in the last two years and now they left the shelf for action!

Reworking a Gameboard

Yesterday I reworked one of my Gameboards. It was much too brown. So I added more static grass (as you can see, the woodglue is still wet) and drybrushed the whole board. Then I decided to do a wash. I used diluted oil colours and that probably was a mistake. The "Thinner" flowed under the paint at two points and started to melt the underground. Sh... happens! Fortunately it didn´t ruin the whole board. I think, now I have to rework it again and the holes will become some bomb crates...

My now finished Medics (The bases got a wash, drybrush and static grass) made a first reconnaissance.

Weekend!!! After a hard week two days of recreation are welcome...Yesterday afternoon I continued the work on the JS-2. After a preparation with "Glänzer" I put on the decals. Then the tank was washed with diluted oil colours (Burnt Umbra). I have to admit that the result is a still very clean tank.Hmm, I think I have to do te last step again. Medics, Revell, 1:72

Last time I played "Behind Omaha" I recognized that Medics are very useful and that I haven´t got enough of them. Because I plan to paint one more platoon I started to fill the "Medic-Gap" first. Here are the results. I used some older Figures I painted one or two years ago and repainted them and added some bags and weapons. The three "Running Men" are from the Revell set "German Armoured Infantry" and the other one from Revells "Afrika Korps". I put them on bases. The bases aren`t finished yet, they need a drybrush and some static grass. But I`m satisfied with the results.

Eurofighter....Inter Mailand, das war ne Show...

O.K. I have to admit that I`m a great soccer fan as well as a great Modelling Fan. And my favourite Team has beaten Milan two days ago in an unbelieveable game.
I´m not sure yet if Schalke will reach the half finals because everything is possible with this team.
But I´ve found the reason why Milan was not so good in the second half. It was not in the TV but I´ve got an exclusive picture. In the second half Schalke positioned their secret weapon behind their own goal. Seems like the Milan players were a little bit confused about that...

Australian Infantry, ANZAC, Matchbox, Airfix, 1:76, Finished

I coated the Panther with "Fußbodenreiniger" I think "Future" is the well known, simillar product. Then the decals were applicated. I also drilled a hole in the barrel. Then I started my attempt of a "Hinterhalttarnung". Because I still have no airbrush, all steps were done with brush. The next step will be a wash with dilluted oil colours to "break" the color edges. Please forgive me, but I don´t know how to translate that in English. I hope you know what I mean. The Commander is from Preiser!

U.S. Rangers, Pegasus, 1:72

A new day, a new project. I started to paint the U.S. Rangers from the Pegasus LCVP kit. The 6 Figures in the first picture are nearly finished. I took these Vallejo colours:
Helmet = U.S. Dark Green
Blouse = German Camo Beige
Trousers = U.S. Field drab
Pockets & Bagpack = Khaki
Life jackets = German Camo Orange

These Minis were washed, too, with Devlon mud and ogryn flesh. They need a final drybrush. The rest will follow soon.

Opel Blitz, Zvezda, 1:100

First of all I have to say sorry that I was not able to comment your post and your work the last days. I`ve got heavy problems with my internet connection. After a few minutes or soemtimes half an hour my connection goes down and I´m not able to go to the net for hours or days. I don`t know why, have to ask my provider :-(

Today I want to show you the Opel Blitz from Zvezda in 15 mm or 1:100 scale. An intersting kind of kit and again, no glue was needed. Thumbs up for the new Range made by Zvezda.

I have changed the pictures of the Halftrack I posted yesterday. I wasn`t able to do it faster.

EDIT: New Pictures! Yesterday evening I had not much to do, so I built these Halftracks. And the surprising point is, not one drop of glue was needed! They fit perfectly togehther. Nice kits for wargames but also for other puroposes. I like them! O.K. the pictures aren`t the best ones, perhabs I will change them later...

8 th Army, Matchbox, 1:76, Finished

After painting the last details, a light drybrush, a coat of matt varnish and the painting of the bases I call these "FINISHED"!
O.K. after cutting them of the bottle caps the bases need a last layer of paint. But on Monday they will go on their journey to the owner.

By the Way: The Sandbase was made by my son when he was six...Sometimes he shares my interest in this hobby :-)

In the last weeks I only painted Figures of the 8th Army. Because of that I needed a change and something new. Inspired by Maurices great work on Mini Figs, http://minisfigs.blogspot.com/2011/03/australian-jungle-patrol-new-guinea_13.html I choose a mix of Airfix and Matchbox ANZAC or Australian Infantry. The Minis with the squared bases are from Airfix. I used the colour scheme Maurice recommended. The 5 on the left side got a wash with Orgryn flesh and devlon mud. The four on the right side need a wash, except the flesh wich was washed with ogryn flesh as well. When I made these pictures, the figures still were wet....

Zvezda " Art of Tactic", 1:100, update

Yesterday I primecoated these tanks and built them. Took about 10 Minutes and they fit well. No glue was nessecary. Only at the Panzer III some rework will be needed because the front part of the hull won´t snap into the right position. I like these kits but it willbe a challenge to paint them. In the second picture you can see three Roskopf-Tanks I bought two weeks ago. They are in the same scale and I think that´s right. And here the Minis with their great brothers: A Panzer III from Italeri (1:72), a T 34 from Matchbox (1:76) and a Panzer II from Revell/Matchbox (1:76).

Today I want to show you the LCVP from Pegasus. I got three of them on Friday and started to build the fist one. Easy to build and the challenge will be the painting. But take a look by yourself! Building time 30 Minutes. Nice kit, indeed!

Feuerbart vs. Mork, Gamereport last part

My buisness travel is over. I hate to work on weekends :-(
But a promised, the last part of the Game report:
Turn 6: The Sherman was destroyed. A colaboration between Panther and Panzerschreck.

Turn 7: My Infantry (on top of the picture) tries to reach the second marker. Feuerbarts infantry ges into position. My Panzer III gets two hits and is now unmoveable. The Sherman in the middle is destroyed.
Turn 8: Infantry-battles at all ends of the map. My troop on the right was wiped out. The left wing was able to capture the second landmark.
The game nearly ended. My left infantry unit was destroyed. At this point my Panzer IV was the only heavy unit on the gameboard. Feuerbart attacked with "Haftladungen" anbd the tank gets one hit.
The End: We decided, that this was a draw. Feuerbart hold three of four landmarks, but he had only a few infantryunits and two jeeps left. I got the Panzer IV, the Kübelwagen, the PaK and one Heavy Mortar unit, wich was completely.
A nice game, a great opponent and a lot of fun!

Feuerbart vs. Mork, Behind Omaha, 600 Points

Today I want to start with the game report. I will do this in two or three parts, because I made a load of pictures and I have no time for a full report in one turn.
Both sides got 600 points. The aim was to get all four landmarks or destroy all enemy units.

First you can see the line-up of Feuerbart: 3 Shermans, one Truck, one M 20, one ATG, two Jeeps and the rest is infantry.

My line-up: One Panzer III, one Panzer IV, One Panzer V Panther, one StuG III, one Kübelwagen, One ATG, one Sd.Kfz. 222 and 4 infantry units, one with heavy mortars.

The first move, units went forward and tried to reach one of the four landmarks.

In the second turn, each one reached the first landmark. I made a lucky punch on the GMC. It stood behind the two houses, but my StuG III could reach it because there was a little gap. A hit into the side and the truck exploded, took a few infantry units with it.

In the next turn I was abel to destroy the M 20. Feuerbarts Infantry and one Jeep secured the Landmark at the church, the rest tried to reach the forrest.
On the left flank my Panther was in heavy combat with two Shermans and got a hit. The Sd. Kfz. 222 tried to escape but got one hit as well. My ATG hits the Sherman down the road. Here I made a big mistake. I turned the turret of the Panther instead of moving the tank. So the Sherman was able to hit it in the side armour.

Next Turn:

The StuG III was destroyed as well as the Sd. Kfz.222. On the right flank, my infantry reached the first landmark.

Showtime...Tonight......Behind Omaha

The next game is ready to play. We want to start a Behind Omaha Game tonight. Each side will have 600 Points, my opponent plays the U.S. Army, I will play the german side. This will be the gameboard. A game report will follow this weekend, I hope...

JS-2 Stalin, Italeri, Update 2

I continued my work on the JS-2. I used "Revell Plasto" to fill the gaps between the turret and the gun and edged it with sand paper. I think it is o.k. Then I painted the rest of the tank, the tracks and road wheels. At the end I started with a wash.

Countryhouse, Finished

The country house is finished. I painted the last parts and washed the chimney. I also painted these sandbags. This is one of four modules for my game on wednesday. As the weather is fine (spring is coming...Yeahh) I was able to make some pictures outdoor. Today I have to rework the other modules. The "hibernation" on the attic was not so good for them. A lot of colour was crumbled away...:-(

JS-2 Stalin, Italeri, a (little) update

A little update! I cutted of some plastic from the turret and the end of the barrel, Then I glued it and cut out a small piece of Polystytren for filling the gap on top of the turret. You can see the results in the pictures. The level of the gun is o.k. and now I will use some putty to fill the rest of the gaps.

Bedford QLT, Airfix, 1:76

Today the start of my Bedford form Airfix. As mentioned yesterday I started it on my buisness travel but stopped, because I wanted to paint some parts first.
On the first picture you can see the status "Thursday night".

Yesterday I painted some parts and continued the build.

Unfortunately the part in the middle was warped.

I found a driver figure, made by SHQ in my stock. Some sitting figures are testing the comfort of the chairs. I think, SHQ is o.k. The painted ones from AB Miniatures are a bit to large.

I was on a business travel the last days. As always, I took a kit with me, this time even two. I started the new Airfix Bedford, but after building half of the kit I recognized that it is useful to paint it before going on. So I built kit two: The JS-2 Stalin from Italeri. Only 10 parts, fitting good, no Problem. It was a present from a seller on ebay. I bought a lot of stuff there and he gave this kit, combined with one sprue of Russian Soldiers as a gift. :-)

Country House, Fantasy Gelände Modelle, update

I´m working on the second lot of the Matchbox 8th army. But it is a kind of boring: 20 pairs of boots, black, 20 pairs of socks, beige, 20 Helmets, sand and so on....
After an hour or so I decided to go on with the country house. It is nearly finished now. Only the window shutters need paint and then a drybrush will follow. I removed the roof because it is easier to wash it that way. And I painted that little shed that can be used in many ways and is removeable. I used different kinds of brown here, followed by a wash. A last drybrush and this one is finished.

Because I plan a "Behind-Omaha" Game next week I´m working on new houses. The ruin I´ve posted yesterday. Simultaneously I´m working on this country house. I sprayed it with "Army painter - Skullbone" and washed it with Devlon Mud. The roof was sprayed with "Terracotta", a really nice colour wich gives a nice, rough look. I glued it with woodglue, no grinding was needed here, all fits perfectly! Still a lot to paint but you can get a first impression.
