Australian Infantry, ANZAC, Matchbox, Airfix, 1:76, Finished

Yesterday I finished these Minis. They got a drybrush and last details were corrected. Finaly the bases were painted. I like these Sets by Airfix and Matchbox. I think these weren´t the last ones I made!

In the last weeks I only painted Figures of the 8th Army. Because of that I needed a change and something new. Inspired by Maurices great work on Mini Figs, http://minisfigs.blogspot.com/2011/03/australian-jungle-patrol-new-guinea_13.html I choose a mix of Airfix and Matchbox ANZAC or Australian Infantry. The Minis with the squared bases are from Airfix. I used the colour scheme Maurice recommended. The 5 on the left side got a wash with Orgryn flesh and devlon mud. The four on the right side need a wash, except the flesh wich was washed with ogryn flesh as well. When I made these pictures, the figures still were wet....

Airfix ANZAC, australische Infantrie, HO

Heut mal was aus meinem Fundus, die A.N.Z.A.C. bzw. australische Infantrie von Airfix im Maßstab HO (von der Größe würde ich eher 1:76 sagen). Ich finde, eines der schönsten WW 2 Sets von Airfix. Lackiert wurde mit Revell Aqua Color Farben.
