Just finished the first figures of the british 8th army. For the first time I didn`t use diluted oil colours for a wash - This time it was "Devlon Mud" ink from citadel. Nice effect is that the figures dry much more quickly. The "Oilwash" needs up to 24 hours to dry. But I have to work out the technique for a satisfying result. In my opinion the figures are "too clean".
Ich habe gerade die ersten Figuren der 8´en Armee fertig bekommen. Zum ersten mal habe ich kein "Ölwashing" gemacht, sondern Tuschen (Devlon Mud) benutzt. Man, trocknet das nun schnell. Bei den Ölfarben muss man bis zu 24 Stunden warten. Aber ich muss noch an der Technik arbeiten. Die Figuren sehen mir noch zu sauber aus.
